5c. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Payment for dental services is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. For patients using dental insurance, we will work with your insurer; however, you remain responsible for any balances not covered by insurance. University Dental Group also offers in-house dental membership plans for patients without insurance. Membership plan terms are provided separately and are subject to change.
